A tossed green salad topped with choice of warmed chicken, shredded beef, or carnitas, green onions, diced tomatoes, cheese, guacamole and sour cream. Served in a fried tortilla bowl.
Manuel's Layered Salad
A toasted flour tortilla smothered with beans, cheese and sour cream. Topped with choice of steak or grilled chicken. Covered with shredded lettuce and pico de gallo.
Grilled Chicken Salad
A crisp assortment of mixed greens, tossed with corn tortilla strips, cucumbers, cilantro and tender grilled chicken served with oriental sesame dressing.
